At Laswante Eyewear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 15 days of delivery. Please read our policy carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Return

✔️ Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
✔️ Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
✔️ Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is required.
❌ Customized, damaged, or clearance-sale items are not eligible for return/refund.

  1. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. If you wish to exchange your eyewear for a different size or model, you can request an exchange within 15 days.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

In case of defective/damaged/wrong item delivered, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
